4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

VIP benefits are subject to change at top55's discretion. VIP membership is non-transferable.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on top55 are operated through trusted software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, top55 may declare that round void and refund the bet amount.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In the event of a network or power interruption, top55 will attempt to restore your session, but accepts no liability for losses caused by such disruptions.

7. Prohibited Activities
